Samsung and Apple to overtake Nokia soon

Nokia is currently the leading mobile phone company in the world. They are currently on top and ruling the mobile phone market from last 14 years. It's a long time indeed but from last 2-3 years, Nokia is facing some hard time and they are losing their position gradually and it looks like the time is here when Nokia will be no longer known as the top leading mobile phone company, because Samsung and Apple will be taking down Nokia from 1st to 3rd place soon.

“Nokia looks set to relinquish its smartphone crown to Samsung and Apple,” Nomura analysts said in a research note. “Further emphasizing the shift in power to Asia is our forecast for HTC to almost match Nokia during 2012.”
Samsung will take the first place, whereas Apple will be on 2nd place. A few years ago, Samsung was considered as a company with some low-end handsets and even their high-end handsets were not that popular. But then last year, Samsung officially launched Samsung Galaxy S which really changed the way people were used to think about Samsung, and it raised the company standard bar ...

Pre-Order Price for Nokia E6 in India just Rs.17999

While browsing the Nokia E6 page over at the Nokia India website , we stumbled over a nice little banner which declares the Nokia Recommended price for the E6. Priced at just Rs 17,999 , the phone is a fantastic deal which incorporates the best of touch and type experiences and marries it with the Anna version of Symbian 3.
Not only that but the company is also offering a 3 EMI scheme without any additional costs. This would effectively bring down the cost to just Rs. 6000 per month. This looks like the best deal you can get on a modern , high end portrait keyboard device. Whats your opinion ? Will you be getting the Nokia E6 ?

Review : Otterbox for Nokia N8

A while back we had reviewed the Otterbox for the Nokia E7. The case had fared extremely well in protecting the device. Today we test out the version for the Nokia N8. The N8 in itself is a very sturdy phone but then a little extra protection never hurt anyone , did it ?

A thick but soft silicon layer is present inside on the inside to prevent any scratches on the phone. This works exceptionally well as even after repeated drops (for sake of testing :P) , the N8 in question did not show even one scratch.
The outer plastic layer provides further structural rigidity to the phone while keeping the silicon case tightly attached to the phone. Over all a very solid package which would not budge under normal usage.  The back of the plastic has a matte finish which makes the phone very easy to hold. The grip is extremely beneficial in the ...
