Although the foundation appears to lack an official online presence, its deceased libertarian founder Ralph Smeed is described on his website as a "not-so quiet blend of Barry Goldwater, Walter Matheau and H. L. Menkin" whose billboard messages "amuse, tantalize and provoke the citizens of Caldwell and SW Idaho."
